1. Chief Financial Officer - 7+ years of CPA experience required
2. Chief Security Officer - Previous military or law enforcement experience required
3. Head of Marketing - 5+ years of marketing experience, including a track record of success in digital marketing (SaaS)
4. VP of Human Resources - 8+ years of HR experience including experience working with a global team across multiple locations (North America and Europe)
5. Senior Software Engineer - Proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++, with at least 3 years of experience building enterprise software systems for large organizations
6. Vice President, Legal Affairs - 10+ years' experience practicing law in the United States; must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure
7. Director of Global Communications & Public Relations - A minimum of 10 years’ PR industry experience with an emphasis on corporate communications; must have demonstrated expertise in public relations strategies, press releases, thought leadership campaigns, etc.
