Job Descriptions :
1. Project Manager: This position will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Agriculture Department's programs in Quetta. The ideal candidate should have a degree in agricultural sciences and/or at least five years of experience in project management and operational support.
2. Farm Superintendent: This role is to provide on-site technical assistance, supervise farm staff, and monitor farm productivity to ensure quality crops. The ideal candidate should have a degree in agriculture with at least two years of relevant experience.
3. Quality Assurance Officer: This position requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of soil composition and crop production, as well as problem solving abilities. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in agriculture with experience in monitoring quality assurance processes.
4. Horticulturist: The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of soil conditions, climate trends, and modern cultivation techniques related to horticulture production and farming methods used in Quetta area.
5. Extension Officer: Responsible for developing awareness among local farmers about agricultural practices through the development of an extension education program that involves face-to-face interaction with farmers from various parts of the province. A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related fields is required for this job along with minimum one year of relevant experience or training experience preferably working on the ground in rural communities
6. Accountant: This position requires proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting requirements within Agriculture Department Projects in Quetta region and would include managing accounts payable/receivable activities as well as maintaining cash balances. The successful applicant should have at least 5 years of experience working in an accountancy related role
