Albaraka Bank is looking for a qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in various roles.
We are hiring Branch Managers, Customer Service Officers, Credit Officers, and Risk Managers for our banking branches all over Pakistan.
Branch Manager:
The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in branch banking management with strong organizational, communication and customer service skills. The incumbent must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with experience of dealing with staff, customers and third-party organizations. He/She will be responsible for managing branch operations, providing financial services and overseeing branch compliance related activities.
Customer Service Officer:
The applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to provide prompt and effective customer service support. Candidates having 2-3 years of banking experience with a bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply. The duties include resolving customer queries related to their accounts, providing information about products & services offered by the bank and updating records in database accordingly.
Credit Officer:
Candidates must hold a degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution with minimum 5 years of working experience in credit related functions in a banking environment. They will be responsible for handling customer loan applications as per established bank policies & procedures while conducting due diligence & evaluating risks associated with different loan types.
Risk Manager:
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of work experience along with sound knowledge of applicable banking regulations and compliance rules applicable within Pakistan market . This position involves review & approval of existing loan documents & credit facilities for conforming risk assessment requirements along with implementation of necessary measures for improving bank's risk profile as required under prudential regulations issued by SBP (State Bank of Pakistan).
