Job Summery::
1. Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, programs and initiatives in line with the Human Resources goals of HBL Technology Business Area to meet business objectives.
2. Design and deliver people processes that ensure effective employee onboarding and timely induction into the organization's systems, processes and culture.
3. Develop recruitment strategies and plans to attract top talent in technology-related functions through social media and other recruiting channels
4. Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, selection to onboarding of new employees as well as ongoing career management initiatives for existing staff
5. Partner with business heads in managing people performance initiatives; conduct assessments on job requirements & effectiveness, create development plans and provide feedback for better results
6. Design employee engagement activities, tools, surveys and reports for capturing key insights into morale levels, job satisfaction and key performance indicators
7. Foster strong working relationships between technology team members & support teams to build collaboration and improve business operations
8. Analyze employee data metrics related to absenteeism, attrition & turnover rates to design HR interventions and best practices
9. Proactively monitor current labor laws and regulations related to hiring, firing & layoffs as well as conduct risk analysis when developing new processes or programs
10. Lead exit interviews/processes ensuring efficient employee off boarding process

Job Advertisement :
1. Lead and coordinate recruitment, staffing, training and development of all technology business area staff in accordance with the Bank's HR strategies and practices.
2. Design, implement, develop and manage all necessary HR strategies and plans to ensure they align with the bank's objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
3. Establish performance measurement systems that promote employee productivity while providing appropriate rewards for quality service delivery and result achievement.
4. Create programs to cultivate positive working relationships with staff to ensure loyalty and maximum efficiency levels are achieved within the business area.
5. Develop effective systems for dealing with grievances, labor disputes and other related matters to resolve problems in an efficient manner while complying with legal requirements and government regulations.
6. Provide counseling services to help employees build on their skills set by identifying areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, offer career guidance as well as any other support required to achieve personal goals in alignment with company objectives.
7. Conduct investigations into HR complaints or disciplinary actions related to policy violation while providing guidance on handling difficult situations using ethical guidelines
8. Review, update & monitor staff training records as per HBL standards and local regulatory framework including formulation of individual Development Plans (IDP)
9. Manage technology projects related activities as a part of larger Human Resource Operations initiatives such as design changes or introduction of new technologies
10. Keep abreast of changing trends & policies in human resources management & employ best practices for their implementation within the assigned technology area
